These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and j8de ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operating the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at j8de.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the j8de platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any service offered on j8de.cam, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the j8de platform and close any account you may hold.

These Terms apply to all users of j8de, including players from Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Penang, Johor Bahru, and all other locations where j8de services are accessed.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on the j8de Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. j8de does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform.
• You are registering the account in your own name and on your own behalf, using accurate and truthful personal information.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other individual.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or unlawful.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of j8de or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously had a j8de account closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not under any form of self-exclusion or cooling-off period, whether requested voluntarily through j8de's responsible gambling tools or imposed by j8de.

j8de operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each natural person is entitled to maintain only one registered account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or via different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering an account on j8de, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party and must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify j8de immediately at [email protected].
• j8de will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any activity conducted on your account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified j8de of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.
• j8de recommends that all Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account protection.

j8de reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason for such refusal.

j8de supports a range of Malaysian-localised payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted methods include, but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT).

Deposits: All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the relevant payment method page at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods and accounts registered in your name — the same method used to make your most recent deposit, where possible.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are only permitted after the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• j8de reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. This may result in temporary delays.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Most MYR withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are completed within minutes during normal operating hours.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency transactions are converted to MYR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing.

j8de offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in these Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

The following general conditions apply to all j8de bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the rollover multiplier, e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is typically capped at MYR 250–MYR 500. Bets exceeding this cap during an active bonus may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation date) within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Uncompleted bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a Member's account at any given time.
• Bonus Abuse: j8de reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings from any Member found to be exploiting bonus offers through irregular play patterns, match betting, arbitrage, or any other form of bonus abuse.

j8de reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the j8de Platform, including sports betting markets covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and all other available markets:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. j8de uses decimal odds format across all markets.
• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where j8de explicitly provides a "cash out" or "bet editing" feature for a specific market.
• j8de reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's account.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets. These limits may vary by sport, event type, market, and Member account tier.
• Winnings are credited to a Member's account balance upon settlement of the relevant event. Settlement is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of j8de's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
• j8de does not accept bets from automated systems, bots, or any software-assisted bet placement. Any bets detected as having been placed using such methods will be voided.

Specific rules applicable to individual sports, game formats, and bet types (including Mix Parlay combinations) are published in j8de's dedicated sports betting rules documentation, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the j8de Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other account process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic wagering designed solely to clear bonuses with minimal risk (matched betting, arbitrage), creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, or manipulating game selection to circumvent wagering contribution rules.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the j8de Platform, including its games, software, or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j8de staff or other Members.

j8de reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or match fixing.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A request by the Member to self-exclude or close their account under j8de's responsible gambling policy.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to any applicable dormancy policy.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining in the account (i.e., funds not subject to bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations) will be returned to the Member via their most recent verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting j8de's support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the j8de Platform — including but not limited to the j8de brand name, logo, software, website design, graphics, text, images, game interfaces, audio content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of j8de or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By accessing the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer any ownership rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any j8de content without the express prior written consent of j8de. Any unauthorised use of j8de intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j8de shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the j8de Platform or its Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, j8de specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, network interruptions, or any other circumstances beyond j8de's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any content, actions, or conduct of third parties in connection with the Platform.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that j8de cannot and does not guarantee any return on funds wagered.

j8de is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable entertainment activity and not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. We take our duty of care toward our Members seriously.

j8de provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and may not be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Members may set loss limit thresholds to restrict the total amount that can be lost over a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through j8de's responsible gambling tools. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed until the chosen exclusion period has expired.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary cooling-off period during which access to the Platform is suspended.
• Reality Checks: Configurable session time reminders are available to help Members monitor their playing time.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which j8de holds its operating licence.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute between you and j8de arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates, and the resolution you are seeking. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Internal Review: j8de will conduct a full internal review of your complaint within 5–10 business days and provide a written response outlining our findings and proposed resolution.
3. Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome of the internal review, the matter may be escalated to j8de's nominated independent dispute resolution process as specified in our licensing terms.

You agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim or dispute arising out of your use of j8de must be raised within six (6) months of the date on which the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred.

j8de reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, j8de will notify registered Members by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, via email notification to the address registered on the Member's account.

The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the j8de Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes that may affect their use of the Platform.
